Zoo With Nana

On September 30th, Nana headed over for a quick weekend visit.  On Saturday we went to the zoo while Peter worked.  We spent the whole day there and it was a lot of fun.  She even treated us to lunch, which was exciting because I always pack our food. All three girls enjoyed following the map and telling us which animal to go to next and how to get there.

A very popular photo spot at Brookfield.  According to Rowe (who was right): "Too muddy, Mommy. Icky."

After a very yummy and filling lunch.
We went to the Hamill Family Zoo after lunch.  We haven't been there in a while.  The girls enjoyed playing with the stuffed animals, doing craft projects, playing Vet, and face painting.
